Returns & Exchange
If your items are damaged in transit during the delivery period and you are not entirely satisfied with your order. You have [ 7 ] calendar days to request returns or exchange an item from the date you received it. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase for our inspection.

Refunds
Once we accept your valid reason without returns, you can choose either refund or exchange item, we will notify you on the status of your refund or exchange item after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
