Delivery Policy

Your order will be delivered via the domestic express carrier - GD Express Sdn Bhd.

The delivery charges are fixed a flat rate per order. Delivery period will take 3-5 working days after out of delivery from us.

All orders can only be delivered to your home or office address. All orders are unable to make adjustment once it processed.

Please be advised deliveries will only be made on working days, there is not including weekend or public holiday. Our office hours are 08:30 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Deliveries might be interrupted during peak periods.

All orders are traceable. Once you have placed your order, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your items are dispatched. Visit here to track your parcel accordingly.

Please ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. We will not take any responsibility for incorrect shipping address provided by customers.

Please take note that if no signature is collected upon the parcel arrival, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that we can leave your parcel outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery. Please be aware, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
